We offer free FedEx Express shipping for any US purchase at our listed price. Listings sold at a lower price may have shipping charges added.
International shipping is $150. We ship international shipments via FedEx International Priority. If your watch comes with a box, booklets and/or other accessories you will receive two separate shipments. We ship the watch by itself and the box, booklets and/or accessories in a separate shipment. Shipping this way helps clear customs faster and greatly reduces the chance that your watch is lost, stolen or stuck in customs. International customers are responsible for any customs duties/taxes that may apply. We are very experienced shipping internationally and most of our international customers are very happy with our shipping process.
All of our shipments are fully insured with a private insurance company which covers lost, theft or damage during shipment.
Warranty:
All of our watches are backed by our Famous Anaheim Jewelry Warranty unless specifically noted. Some of our watches also carry their factory warranty through the manufacturer concurrently.
Please read the description for the warranty duration. Most watches 2001 and newer have our Two Year Warranty and watches 2000 and older have our One Year Warranty.
If your watch needs to be sent in for service and the issue is covered under our warranty terms then we email you a paid/insured shipping label, fix the issue within 14 days (complex issues may take more time), and ship the item back free of charge. What sets this apart from other warranties such as Rolex is that they can take 60-90 days or more and they make you pay to ship the watch to their service center.

About Us:
Anaheim Jewelry is a small family business that has been in business for over 35 years that was founded by Brad Mugar. As a young Boy Scout Brad was intrigued by different types of rare currency and started collecting rare coins. This was the beginning of his profound interest in this hobby which eventually led him to invest in jewelry, watches, diamonds, antiques, and other vintage estate items. Brad often sold items he collected to other dealers with retail stores where they could be showcased; this was the beginning of his wholesale business. Brad has always been a people person and enjoys interacting with the public; making happy customers has always been enjoyable for him. He quickly became a popular wholesaler among local jewelers in Orange County and still continues his wholesale business in addition to his ebay business, till this day.
In the late 1990’s, One of Brad’s sons asked Brad if he could list one of his Rolex watches on ebay. One thing led to another and within a year Brad had his 4 oldest children involved in the family business listing items on ebay. Brad quickly went from running a 1-man business locally to running a full family business servicing the entire world.
Warranty Service information:
We offer watch service to our customers at a fraction of the price watch manufacturers charge. For instance a standard service and polish on a Rolex Submariner done by our company roughly costs $350-$400 and takes up to 14 days to complete. If you send the same watch to Rolex it would cost roughly $800-$1,000 and take 60-90 days to complete. Watches serviced by Anaheim Jewelry will also have a 1 year warranty attached to them unless specifically noted.

Disclosures:
We sell high quality Rolex and other fine watches. ALL in excellent working condition and of the highest quality. The only exception to this rule is with our vintage collectible watches, they are often sold as collectors items and sometimes due to their age and wear, they don't work well. We also sell custom and name brand jewelry, rare coins & currency, sports memorabilia and other collectibles.
Authenticity:
All of our watches are authentic. Some custom or aftermarket accessories, such as certain diamond dials, diamonds bezels, and bands may be installed. Read the description to see if the watch you are looking at has any custom accessories.
Some of our pictures are file photos, in other words, pictures we took of a watch we had possession of and may have sold but have the identical watch available. The picture represents the identical twin of the item we are offering for sale. We guarantee your watch will be of equal or greater condition.
Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day return policy. If there is a problem with an item purchased we would like to first attempt to service or replace the product, if not possible and not desired by the customer then we will provide a refund on the item. Any watch that is returned and was delivered as described will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. We have a steep restocking fee to deter customers from buying watches just to look at them. We ask that you read the whole description and if you have any other questions to contact us before buying to make sure you know exactly what you are buying.
